- The factory is of truly global capacity. The 1.8 meter B,C and E-flute corrugator that includes compact single facers, a thermo plan double backer with air press hood for uniform board pressure, a double rotary slitter scorer and double stacker from one of the best manufacturers in the world. This produces 220 mtrs/min. (Avg.)
- We have 3 Nos. of fully Automatic 4 Color Inline flexo folder gluers, print, slot, fold and glue boxes at the rate of 12,000 boxes an hour.
- Offline facilities include the 2-color and 3-color flexo-print, platen punching machine, folder gluer, stitcher all from various origins.
- The plant also features a glue kitchen and waste extraction system.
- Adequate conveyors have been laid down for easy material handling.
- Well designed utility complex with high capacity boiler and backup generators.
- All the above machineries and equipments are well designed with Process Logic Control systems.
